There was dirt under the sofa. The sofa bed did not have a solid structure. The entrance to the apartment was not well lit.

Accommodation was not for 6, as the couch was really uncomfortable for sleeping. As well as that, we got only one dishwasher tablet, and one garbage bag and were asked to split garbage.

This place should not be on booking.com. They are deceitful. I’m over 70. The ad says there is an elevator but they neglect to say you have to traverse 19 steps in dark winding hallways with all our luggage and a baby. The elevator saved about a flight of stairs. We were given multiple keys to open 3 doors. The main gate entry wouldn’t open but the large gate never closed properly. When we called to notify them they told us to send them a video. We have videos of everything because about 3 days after that my daughter in law was followed through the non locking large entry gate by a drunken man who came up behind her and followed her in the dark hallways. When they got to the second lock she told him to use his key. He started showing her his arm that was dirty and bleeding. She knew then he didn’t belong here and lurched forward and ran through the door and ran the stairs to our door. When notified they did nothing. This is the worst experience I’ve had in all my world travels. This isn’t a penthouse, there is no view, balcony. It’s a tiny, shabby attic apt managed by a lazy, unprofessional team. I could say more but want to forget it. The last 11 pictures are of where I’m staying now. I paid less for this gorgeous place and view than that rat hole. Nazare, Portugal. we make reservations for 6 people but this apartment it;n not for 6 persons. at the table ar 4 chairs, and the rooms are very small, in the bathroom i hit with my head the ceiling (i have 1,84 m tall)
