“Good location but villa in need of maintenance”

Great location. 10 minute walk down to Cala Llonga beach and lots of restaurants.

To be improved

The villa felt quite run down and in need of maintenance. Worn furniture, bad plumbing, smelly bathrooms, old appliances including the aircon units. We also felt the villa wasn’t managed very well - there was no information about the villa or nearby area inside, and we just received a string of quite aggressive messages with threats of fines if the bins weren’t taken out etc, which didn’t lend itself to the relaxing holiday we were hoping for!

The best

Stunning villa, super comfortable. Krishna has been really helpful throughout our stay and has been very reactive. The villa has all the amenities needed including pool and BBQ. The beds are great and the kitchen is fully equipped. We very much enjoyed our stay and would happily come back to this place.

To be improved

Beware of mosquitoes! This is not specific to the house at all, but rather to the entire island (remember to bring mosquito repellent).

“Nice Villa in Cala Llonga”

Villa is really great, easy to find. Unfortunately we could not join a lot, since our program was fully packed.

To be improved

Villa located in Cala Llonga. This was misunderstanding, since on booking.com showed us completely other location closer to Ibiza. Responsible person for Villa was very friendly and inform us about location immediately. Suggestion, please ask passport details and deposit few days prior arrival to be set.
