The host's complete lack of communication There is no heating in the apartment, the only small heater was out of order and if you are there with small children, it is March and you are wet, it didn't dry anywhere in 2 days. The hot water is enough for two then only cold water flows The price absolutely does not correspond to the quality

cozy, clean apartment. There was enough space for a family of 4. The owner of the apartment responded very quickly to our additional request. 20min walk to the placa espanya, about 25min to the Placa Catalunya and about 15 to the Gothic area

“Great location”

We chose this apartment because of its excellent location and spent 3 nights there. The apartment was very clean and looked brand new, the bathroom was lovely.

To be improved

There were no knives in the kitchen and the kitchen was a bit bare with a minimal equipment. The apartment has so much potential to look cosy and welcoming but is very sparsely furnished. Our double bed would be comfortable for 1 person, a bit too small for 2. Our son slept on the bunk bed in the (very) small room and there was noise from next door neighbour's kitchen late into the night, people talking loud, laughing and cooking. We could even hear downstairs neighbour coughing at night, not ideal. In the bathroom there were no hooks to hang towels.

The apartment was very clean and in a very good location. The host was so helpful and replied quickly to any issues. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom was lovely.

The boiler is quite small so you have to wait a while in between showers if you would all like a hot shower
