Sublime sea view apartement

While not new, the interior provides comfortable accommodation. The kitchen is small and lacks plates entirely, with some concerns about the cleanliness of available utensils. A few days before arrival, we received detailed house rules requiring guests to dispose of waste in containers 300m away and collect all linens to the bathroom at check out. This seemed awkward and was not advertised in the accommodation description prior to booking, especially given the fact that we are paying for accommodation which normally includes cleaning. Upon arrival, the apartment was very cold and was not properly prepared for guests - we found a broom and dustpan in the middle of the room and terrace furniture stacked in the living area, significantly reducing the usable space. Adding to the lack of proper preparation, the day after our check-in, the host informed us that the cleaning company reported malfunctioning terrace blinds and wanted to send maintenance workers to fix them. Having repair works during our vacation stay was not something we wished to experience. Since we had informed about our late evening arrival well in advance, there would have been sufficient time to fix these issues before our check-in. However, despite the not ideal hosting experience, we appreciated that the host offered us a late check-out option, although we did not need it. While the sea view remains the main advantage of this accommodation, we have experienced more welcoming and better-prepared places in our previous travels.
