“Very disappointing hosts”
To be improved

There were no instructions to get into the property. We struggled getting in contact with the hosts. Once we called them, they gave us the wrong flat number, and wrong door code. It took us an hour to get into the flat. Once we got in, the flat was not cleaned from the previous guests. There were crumbs everywhere, sand in the bed, unclean toilet.... Again, the hosts were very unresponsive and they finally responded to a text after 45 minutes. They sent a cleaner over who arrived 45 mins later and cleaned the flat. We had to leave the flat and only came back in the evening. Shame about the organisation of the hosts, because the flat itself is nice.
