What an outstanding place to stay. I came for the weekend between Christmas and New Years with my son. I got the two bedroom apartment. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean. The cleaning staff were great at showing up when we went for breakfast to clean. The view is not beach front but the small bit of ocean you do see is still beautiful. Our favorite part was the warm tub on the room. The views from there were impeccable.

The view from the rooms that are faced to the sea is stunning. Every day. I enjoyed it so much. The apartment has a good seize and is located on the nice promenade directly at the sea - with lovely bars, restaurants and a small beach nearby.

My partner and I recently returned from our second stay at Sud Ibiza Suits in Ibiza, having also visited last year. We absolutely adore the location and the overall charm of the apartment complex, which is why we chose to return. However, a significant issue with noise from the apartment doors continues to severely impact the quality of our stay. The doors throughout the block are designed in such a way that they bang shut incredibly loudly, rather than closing gently. This isn't just a minor inconvenience; when neighbours returned at 6 AM, the sheer volume of the slamming doors was enough to literally make us fall out of bed. This noise disturbance, particularly at unsociable hours, unfortunately robbed us of much-needed sleep and significantly detracted from our holiday experience. We understand that soundproofing can be a challenge, but the specific mechanism of these doors is the primary culprit. A truly 'luxury' and expensive accommodation, as this apartment claims to be, should provide a peaceful environment for its guests. We raised this issue with reception, but regrettably, no solution or assistance was offered to resolve the door problem. On a separate and very positive note, we do want to commend Alberto at reception. He was incredibly lovely and helpful throughout our stay, providing excellent tips for exploring Ibiza and going above and beyond to assist us. His customer service was truly exceptional. We genuinely love this property and the area, and would ideally want to return for a third time. However, until this critical issue with the loud, banging doors is addressed – perhaps by installing soft-close mechanisms or addressing the door closures – we regrettably cannot consider rebooking. We sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as resolving this would greatly enhance the guest experience and truly justify the 'luxury' claim.

The rooms were big and the sea view room was beautiful with a large balcony. The hotel isn’t massive so it was never too busy even though they were fully booked. The rooftop was a lovely setting for peace and quiet and they let you stay there after check out with towels. Gym was well equipped and a really great location just a 5-10 min walk to the old town would 100% stay here again.
