“Wonderful Stay in a Well-Equipped Apartment”

The best

We had an excellent stay at this apartment! It has everything you need, fully equipped if you want to prepare meals, and located in a peaceful area just five minutes away from the restaurants. Communication with the owner was great—they even checked in on us via WhatsApp throughout our stay, which was much appreciated. There are also plenty of parking spots, making it easy to get around. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

To be improved

The only small downside was the presence of ants, so it’s best to store food carefully—keeping items in the fridge helped us avoid any issues. That said, it’s not something the owner can easily control, so it didn’t affect our overall experience. Additionally, a bit more toilet paper and extra trash bags would have been appreciated. While not a major issue, having a few more on hand would have made the stay even more convenient.

“Disappointing”

The location was excellent and it was easy to find parking.

To be improved

There were people smoking next door and below us almost constantly. It was a problem keeping the windows open for air which was necessary because the place got stuffy otherwise. The flat had tiny ants crawling all over the kitchen counters. The coffee pot still had dried coffee in it. There were food stains I wiped off the counters and refrigerator and mopped the floors. The washer is small and the clothing rack was rusty and old. We went to a Laundromat. The couch needs to be replaced. It's extremely dirty if you look under the couch cover.

“Absolutely Perfect Stay!”

The best

I had an amazing stay at this studio flat in Tenerife! Everything was just perfect – the apartment is spotless, very well-equipped with everything you need, and in a fantastic location. Shops are only a 5-minute walk away, and you have great restaurants and a bus station within 10 minutes. A huge thank you to Maria for her outstanding hospitality! Communication was seamless, and her recommendations for restaurants were spot on. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

To be improved

The only downside was the ants. They are everywhere, so you have to be very careful not to leave food on the table—you need to keep everything in the fridge. I really hope this issue gets fixed because otherwise, the place is fantastic!
