Sueños Mozárabes

The key collection was a disaster. The host asked us to install an App called StayMyWay which meant to open the main gate and the apartment door with bluetooth. It did not work and the host could not activate the connection remotely. We were in the rain outside the main gate waiting for a delivery person who brought us the key one hour later. The key was the WRONG key. We waited for two more hours to someone give us the right key and get into the apartment. Upon entry there was no electricity and we found the fuse box to turn on the electricity. Then for 24 hours we had no heating and we had to ask someone in the block of flats to help us understand the timer system on the wall. We had not seen anything like this in our many years of travel. We fully agree with a couple of reviews left here on lack of spoon in the flat. It seems the host / the owner has never lived there.

The parking card was not working, but I was assured it would be fixed.

The double bed is totally worn out. No view from any of the windows which look into the building shaft.
