The curtain in the bedroom was broken on arrival. Landlord notified immediately but took no action. The kitchen equipment was wholly inadequate for self catering. There was a sign in the kitchen warning of a fine for leaving it dirty but no dishwasher or drying rack for washing up. No coffee cups. Non-functioning coffee machine. No where to put rubbish. It could have been good or excellent but these details result in a significant downgrade.

“despite the difficulties with the door code access, the location is excellent.”

Using the door code was very difficult and there is no staff on site to help. We encountered another guest who was also locked out of the building and then his room. I also could not figure out how to use the stove and there was no information in the apartment with instructions.

“Great location Everything new and working Check in and access worked well · Cons: It's not well equipped; just enough towels, there's a washing/drying machine but no soap for it and nowhere to hang damp clothes, hardly any toiletries, half a loo roll etc There was a problem with the pin code entry to the front door during my stay”
