The video needs updating as the lockbox is now surrounded by others and it is difficult to establish which one is which. I suggest that you put a colored sticker on the box, to differentiate it from all the others. Bathrooms need locks on the doors. There are no security blinds or curtains on the windows in the lounge, this means there is NO privacy at night and anyone can see what you are doing. It rained for 4 days and the open patio means the rain hits the boiler and creates a terrible racket all night in the second bedroom, this needs to be fixed by installing a small rain roof above and directing the water elsewhere, also it means access to the washing machine is difficult when its raining too.

We had to relocate for the first night because the keys were not in the locked box and the host refused to let the locksmith open the door for us. We had to find a hotel at midnight with our four year-old crying in the car. The next morning, Holiday for u just gave us a cheap excuse and NEVER even apologized! They did not repay us either for our night at the hotel when it was their fault. I will never use their service in the future and I will never book again with Booking.com

Pickup lockbox instructions were very vague as there were numerous boxes at the entrance. I had to try a number of boxes before finding the right box. The box needs to be marked more clearly with the apartmant number.

Ants in the kitchen and lack of liquid soap. It doesn't cost a lot and usually tourist do not take soap with them on a trip. :)
