The apartment shouldn't be called "Nuevo" because it feels a bit rusty. We are not used to any luxurious accommodation but the cleaning service was not done properly if at all before our arrival. Pillow sheets didn't feel or smell fresh. Mold in the bathroom. Kitchen equipment is horrible, burned pots, one single knife that is very dull... Assuming you are coming for a summer vacation, there is no hanging rack for towels and swimsuits, not even any hooks for towels in the bathroom. If you are driving, parking space is very limited on the streets but it's possible to park in indoor paid garages nearby. Communication with the owner only through the AI robot wasn't very helpful either.

The air conditioning wasn't enough to cool the app. The bedroom didn't have air conditioning. The dishes that were in the kitchen were disty.

difficult to find free parking, the apartment is small and a bit "tired"
