Suite by Hawkins Exterior 1B

The check-in app didn't work properly because 3 times I did and always got error message. I tried to call the owner but they didn't pick up the phone. When I wrote to them I clearly said I don't speak Spanish but most of the message what I got from them came by Spanish. I told them the problem with the shower water pressure, the sofa condition (no chance to sleep on that because you would sleep in a hole with metal parts poking you, so I needed to sleep on the floor), the missing toilet flush button, they didn't give the wifi code (I needed to ask another guest for it), but they didn't react or do anything at all. At the end they tried to convince me to write good things about the apartment, but no, I won't, because they didn't care about to have proper stand at the apartment for me and my friends.

There were a few small things needing attention, which hopefully will be put right soon. The curtains didn't close properly because curtain hooks were missing. There was only one cup so we had to have hot drinks in glasses. The button for flushing the toilet was broken which made flushing more difficult. Though each bed had two clean sheets provided, the duvets did not have covers for them, and I could smell stale sweat on the duvet which was not pleasant.
