It's very central. The design is modern and check in automatic.

To be improved

The quality of the whole renovation is poor. Soundproofing non-existent. I could hear everything from the street and even my neighbor urinate. Fridge did not open well and appliances were faulty. I found 4 different types of insects in the apartment. Invoice took 2 weeks to be issued.

Nothing. When we got to the apartment there was already someone else’s belongings in the apartment at 17.00. Having gone and found a hotel for the night we returned at 21.50 just to check out the apartment and found all the belongings still there

To be improved

As a result of the apartment having been double let I am requesting a full refund on all monies taken by Hawkins Suite. I am also requesting compensation for additional cost of having to book hotel room at short notice I have photo evidence to support my claims

This apartment is advertised as having separate sleeping area but that is not true everything is in the one area except the small bathroom The toaster tripped the electricity and more worrying when I informed them they knew it was faulty The apartment is cramped and the linen and towels not the best Wi-Fi is intermittent The utensils are pathetic one mug two forks Booking.com do yourselves a favour and remove this place from your website as it will destroy your reputation This place should be closed down
