The apartment was dirty as hell.

The check-in was really difficult. The owners of the flat are not working on weekends. Instead, they activated an AI to answer your questions. We did not received an answer to a question we sended during the week (so their official opening hours) concerning the check-in procedure. When we arrived early, we tried to communicate with the AI how to get the access code. They said it will be sended on the arrival day. But a few hours before the check-in time we still did not received the code. We got really scared to not receive the code at all. The AI told us emergency phone numbers to call for help. With different questions to the AI and research, we had 3 different telephone numbers, that should belong to the responsible person. Only one of these numbers was active, but noone answered the calls. Therefore, we were waiting 1 1/2 h in front of the flat, asking some people who were walking around in the lower level of the building (fortunately the front door was open). There was a sign: "We are not the reception of the H... apartments", so I guess there have been those check-in problems before. The woman was anyway very kind and called the owner on his private phone number. Half an hour later we received the code.
