Communication. If you don’t care to be treated well by the owner (agent), this is exactly the right place for you. I have never received such a treatment in all my travels with booking.com 1. When I arrived and asked for the key, the consierge wasn’t informed so kept hesitating and sending messages to the owner. I had to prove and show him messages so that I would finally get the key. 2. There was no blanket and it was cold at night so I asked for it. The owner promised me to bring it and in 4 days later there still was no blanket. When I asked for it again I finally got it. 3. I asked for the invoice when I left and the owner confirmed I will get it. It’s been 10 days and he keeps ignoring my messages. Also there are mosquitos so bring your repellents as there are none in the apartment. Weed smokers in neighbouring apartments so the smoke gets in.

The windows should be mosquito protectors I killed 7 mosquitos in the apartment but was bitten 4 times so final score was 7-4. In the end I just kept all the windows closed so they cannot enter. There was a smell of sewage pipes coming from the bathroom that at times was uncomfortable. The shower mixer was not working and the water went to from cold to hold randomly making showing uncomfortable. The apartment above is currently being reformed, my stay was April 2025. The days that they are working makes a lot of noise. Also there is no balcony / terrace as stated on the advert.
