“Lovely place to stay.”
The best

Looks newly renovated. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Well fitted out kitchen with everything you need for self catering. Comfortable bed, nice new shower. WiFi works well. Large tv with streaming. It’s a lovely place. Plenty of free parking options. Right out side the door or at the top of the road where there were always spaces available. There is a large supermarket there too with a bakery. All within 3 minutes walk. Good location for visiting the South of the island by car without being in the sprawl of hotels. Living like a local. Luis, the host is a nice guy too. He was there to let us in and we checked ourselves out at the end of the stay.

To be improved

As it was a town centre location there was no proper outside patio, just a light well. Not a problem for us as we were out exploring by day and relaxing with Netflix after dark. Just for your information.

“Pleasant”
The best

+ Sparkling clean, and new interior + Supermarket next door + Plenty of free parking + Central location on the island, between Las Palmas and Maspalomas (which is also a con, see Cons) + For families, amazing playground in cute park, 4 min away.

To be improved

- Ground floor, without windows (except the kitchen area, blurred); this is a very big con, and was not expected; no air inside and difficult to ventilate; and no natural light - Cheap beddings - very small bed sizes (I'm a 188cm man, my feet stuck out) - (very) loud neighbors, making serious noise until past midnight, every night (it's spain, after all...); and because the window overlooks the tiny inner courtyard of the building, it echoes and it's impossible to sleep with the window open (noise), neither closed (lack of air). - water boiler so small, two adults cannot take a shower after each other (even one, can't be too long) - no dishwasher - location is in a very local town. Easy access, but also very bland; nothing worthwhile in the area, expect between 20 and 45 min every single day (X2) to reach points of interest.

“The best suite!”
The best

The suite is very nice, clean and spacious. Is near a store with lots of free parking. Easy to reach all parts of the island and close to the airport (but far enough so the noise from the planes does not bother you). Luis was very friendly and even kind enough to write to us in our native language. If we come back, will defenitely come back to this suite. Highly recommend!

“Perfect place for the active holiday with the mountain tops at your disposal!”
The best

It is a very large apartment. Perfect for families with a need for large space. Also it is so perfectly placed close to Mercadona and Lidl is in two km. All you need. The owner Luis is so hospitable and responsive. This apartment has a lot of additional features (including the bedding, towels, large laundry and drying space for your clothes). Absolutely amazing place!
