Clean room with private bathroom. Although I didn't see it till the checkout day, there is a free bottle of water. The refrigerator had some "for purchase" items in a small fridge.

To be improved

There was not a separate kettle for hot water. The coffee maker would only dispense hot, dirty water from the previous coffee. Although the facilities state there's a kitchenette, it's only a coffee maker and small refrigerator.
