“Perfect!”

The best

Really friendly, welcoming hosts. They took time to meet us on arrival and give lots of useful advice. The apartment was clean, with everything we needed. it was comfortable and in a great location. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return ourselves.

The best

Good location, clean flat, good facilities, nice for the value of the money. I would recommend it to my friends. The owner Ana was very nice, even though I did not meet her she was texting to check on me whether I was doing fine or not. Very polite person.

To be improved

1. No safety box, however there was a camera outside at the door and main door of the building was always closed, which made the building preety much safe & secure. 2. On the arrival day I got late because of the traffic jam & waiting for the suitcases at the airport. So instead of 3pm I arrived at the building at 4pm, the owner Luis appeared very angry and was asking me if I checked my phone because he sent me messages on how to enter the flat and that he was waiting for me since 3pm and that he had to go. I tried to explain to him that I had no connection on the phone while I was in the taxi but he seemed not to understand or pay attention to what I was saying. I was very impressed of this because I never faced these kind of circumstances in all these years of travelling in different countries.

“Perfect apartment within walking distance from the main attractions”

The best

The owners met me on arrival to hand over the keys. They were very helpful and gave me some recommendations on where to eat and what to see. They also messaged me later to check if everyting was fine and to advise of the local bank holiday the next day. The apartment was very clean and well-furnished. The bed was comfortable and the area very safe and quiet. It's a nice short walk from the main attractions.
