1-They gave us another room in another location. We had to take extra uber from the first address to the second address. 2-The host told us that she will come to the second address and give us the keys at 7:30, but she came at 8:30 and went to clean the room, we entered room at 9 p.m after a long flight.

To be improved

1-The bathroom wasn’t clean and there were hairs on the floor of the bathroom. 2-The shower of the bathroom was broken and you could not take a bath. 3-The room doesn’t had an air conditioner and it was too hot.
