The rented room is located in an old, abandoned building that looks like a heritage site. The premises had a peculiar unpleasant smell, which the owner/caretaker is trying to eliminate with deodorants. It is obvious that the building is neglected and no investment is made in it at all. The environment around the building is disappointing and very depressing and untidy. The equipment and facilities in the room are outdated, worn and broken, there is a lack of basic kitchen utensils and dishes. After using up one roll of toilet paper left and reporting it to the caretaker by phone, they will not bring any more. The bathroom is very damp, mold has formed somewhere.

This property isn’t the same as the pictures. The bathroom is completely malfunctioning, the room was a room in an abandoned villa. As my friend and I went to leave after the eventful and uncomfortable stay two men showed up and entered the property claiming they bought it 2 months ago and that they are illegally renting it out and posting it on websites. This property is not in conditions to stay at and have a comfortable holiday. My friend and I were uncomfortable and felt we were in the middle of a dodgy situation.

There is no kitchen, so if you want to cook, you ll have only a microwave available. If you stay several days, it's not a problem, however, surrounding bar and restaurants are not so cheap.

Lovley building and huge room. Fab furnishings as per the pictures. However, aestetically very very tired and not as prestine as the pictures reflect. Needs redecorating inside and outside. Ironing board and iron provide but the iron board cover has a large rip. Such a shame as no doubt it was a beautiful place one upon a time as the pictures currently provided on thia aitw reflect but it looks so tired and unloved right now.

There is a constant bad smell in the toilet and the room is part of an old closed restaurant, which is not ideal. In addition, there is no clear checking and check out procedure.

ALERT! Do not book this! This is an abandoned house and nothing like the pictures shows. A total scam, scary old dirty house, no restaurant and you are alone there. This is not a place you should rent out, it has no safety at all. It’s the biggest disappointment and I had to leave immediately and cancel my booking.
