its been a month and they haven’t returned our security deposit yet (almost £300) and we still don’t know either they will or not - as none of their phone numbers work. Plus, all blankets and pillows were dirty and door handles broken, we also made a complaint but didn’t reply either . Worst customer service ever.

“not what was described, poor conditions and communication”

bed was falling apart, knobs falling off door. No hot water for almost 3 days. poor communication. had to go on a bus to pay city tax when the description said they meet us at the property. they were suppose to put a hold only on my hard but charged it and I incurred a exchange fee.
