“Good for 1 night”

The location, it was close to Alhambra.

The staff is unresponsive. We kept calling them and writing, no answer. They replied days after. We had trouble checking in. We had trouble with many things in the apartment. The floor was so dirty. It was wiped with a smelly towel, the whole kitchen was smelly, the floor was full of hairs. I told them that there are many simple things missing. No light in the kitchen. It just didn’t work. There was no hand towel or towel at all. No salt. These are ordinary things that cost zero euros. Everywhere we went those are the things you have. We were not asking for anything luxurious.In the bathroom there was no toilet cleaner. The toilet brush was missing. There was no shampoo or shower gel. Just hand soap and conditioner.Somebody also tried to enter in the middle of the night. 3 am in the morning. We were three ladies, it scared us so much we didnt sleep at all. The wifi didn’t work in the apartment it worked in the hallway.I asked them for a refund they said no. So this stay its not good. I also contacted booking.com and no answer from them either.

Very well located on the city! Everything is walkable distance. Clean and spacious, comfortable beds and all you need for a short stay.

“Comfortable. The AC was working very well. The sofa-bed was comfortable as well. · Cons: The shower was very small. There were no shades to block sun on the living room (for sofa-bed user). The apartment is not very far from city center, however the area of the apartment is very quiet with no shops opening at night.”

“Great place if you don’t mind not having on sitting staff”

All the amenities eg iron/ironing board. Being able to easily access the mgt.

“Very central, lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Lovely area · Cons: Tea and coffee are available but no milk, so pointless having these facilities if not able to at least have some miniature or capsule milk. Only 1 night stay so pointless buying from the shop”
