“One of my favourite cities, ably supported by a wonderful stay with friends in an apartment hotel.”
The best

Great location and lovely room - super value for the location, service and quality. Access to the amazing hotel (Gaudy design) next door included which had a roof top bar and small pool on the roof. Staff were very helpful and friendly and everything ran incredibly smoothly. A wonderful stay enhanced by the comfort of the accommodation.

“I would not recommend staying here as the sewerage smell we had was really bad.”
The best

The Breakfast was ok, it was underground with no view or windows to outside. They did have a fair selection of food also with table service, however some of the dishes we ordered were cold on presentation. The staff in the breakfast room was pleasant and tried their best. They do serve champagne also which was nice.

To be improved

There was a sewerage smell in our apartment room coming from the bathroom. This smell went right through the apartment. They were aware of it and told us that no more rooms were available for us to move until we complained that it was unbearable and we received another room for our last night. I find this to be very unacceptable that they would put people into a room where they are aware there is a problem

The best

The apartment belongs to Casa Fuster, so the facilities of the hotel come with the apartment. The apartment gets cleaned every day and the staff was attentive to every request.

To be improved

The facilities could use a bit of refreshment, but it didn’t affect our experience.
