“Spacious, peaceful apartment – just as described!”

We really liked everything! The apartment was exactly as described – very spacious, with a perfect terrace, bathtub, good showers, soundproofing, air conditioning, and a fridge that worked perfectly (even though it seemed broken at first). The atmosphere was peaceful, with a mix of young people and families – everyone was respectful.

To be improved

The light-colored carpet isn’t ideal for a location near the beach. There were few kitchen utensils, but we were still able to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner without any issues.

“Mold and stains covered entire carpet.”

Would be a great place if any cleaning occurred, ever. Right next to beach.

To be improved

Carpet has mold across the entirety of the room and stains everywhere. This alone makes it a terrible stay.

“BEWARE FRAUD!”

It was once ago luxurius 5 star hotel, so swhat is left is nice space pace almost next to the beach. Pool is old, but ok.

BEWRE It is a fraud! It is old bancrupted Alva hotel, they sold me on the name "Smartr hotel" described as 4 star, rated 7,4 on booking. In between they changed a name to "Suites del Mar Fenals", to hide bad reviews. It is 3rd owner, but still uses ratings from the first. There are 3 apartment flats. First is nicely mantained, second somehow mantaimed and entrances 400-700 totaly filthy and unmaintained. Filth!!! Ants!!! Non working apliances, no chance to even basicly clean appartment yourself. Not even a trash bin, broom or a cloth to was the dishes. Climatising smells on moisture and rott. All you get is towels and a toilet paper. They are advertising electric sockets near the bed - beware they are dimmable and will probably destroy your equiement!

“A frustrating and exhausting experience caused by poor communication and a complete lack of check-in support”

Despite informing the hotel in advance about our late arrival, we received no check-in instructions whatsoever—not even the front door code. It took hours of failed communication attempts and speaking with an unhelpful remote representative before someone finally let us into a temporary room at 2:30 AM. That room lacked hot water and had no working kitchen appliances. The next day, we had to continue chasing the staff to receive a proper room. Our official check-in—including ID verification and tourist tax—only occurred nearly 23 hours after the booking started. Communication and service were extremely poor throughout.
