The best

Clean, good location for las palmas city center and local beaches. Very clean, we could leave our luggage before check in time. The cleaning took a little longer than it was supposed to, but I really appreciate the clean room.

To be improved

Noisy construction next building we could hear drilling from around 8a.m. One of the windows is single glass and does not have a second window like the rest of them, so you can hear all noises from the street. Same lack of noise cancellation for the door and small windows which are facing interior of the building. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but good enough for a few days stay.
