“NO KITCHEN - hob had been deactivated, no pans, no equipment”

I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. the photos were misleading as they suggested there was a kitchen with a hob. Yet when I arrived I saw the hob wasn't working and there were no pans to cook (although there was an empty box from a pressure cooker!). Being able to cook was the entire reason I booked the place, I had bags of raw food to cook and it wasn't possible. I had to eat out every day and it was very expensive and I hadn't budgeting for that. I messaged the property and they didn't reply and continue to not respond even when a Booking customer service representative called them. Both the door to the street and the door to the apartment are also very uncomfortable as you must slam them hard to close them. I have requested a refund.
