Lightening in downstairs bedroom hardly any light from light fixtures, No umbrella for terrace

There was nothing that we didn’t like and we wished we had more time to stay in Sevilla and in the wonderful apartment. One thing to add for future guests, and hopefully us at some point, would be any recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area.

No umbrella/parasol on the terrace (which were shown in the photos) which, given the temperatures were 40 degrees, isn’t really acceptable and this made the space pretty unusable. Given the terrace was a primary reason for booking, we feel a little short changed. Due to the courtyard design of the building, there was some noise late at night.

The apartment have no windows and this is will be tough for people how have problems with closed areas + there is no pool (Sevilla is very hot in summer) the pictures with pool beds are not accurate!

It was very tired. The private terrace is quite badly kept and looks weary. The building is also fairly noisy. Not good sound proofing. The sofa was a sofa bed and therefore very uncomfortable to sit on making there no real lounge area, it was also clearly heavily stained/ old but not replaced. Probably it’s an apartment where people pile in guests. I didn’t like that my number was given out to a services company who essentially want to try sell tickets for shows on commission- it makes me question who the company passes my details on to. There’s no ability to store luggage which is strange for a services style apartments- no flexibility. The communal roof terrace is also very tired looking- needs a revamp.

Originally booked santa cruz. Regret switching to here, especially as more money, less desirable location. It was nice, but not worth $. Communication in advance was frustrating. I inquired about leaving luggage early and they kept stating likely not since I had requested a crib (and they provided one) although I hadn't (it was just 3 adults). I was a bit worried that we would not get the right place given all the confusion. Some basic things missing such as paper towels/ napkins. Toiletries nice but no shelf in shower so had to keep on floor. Layout very awkward. The second bedroom is upstairs and has no inside door, so no privacy. Have to go up stairs and through that bedroom to access terrace. Room is just big enough for bed and door to terrace opens in. Cannot open door more than 1.5-2 ft bc it hits bed. Have to enter/ exit carefully one person at a time. Hot tub at bath temp. Controls locked so cannot heat or turn on jets. Sofa cushions would slide off whenever you sit on it.
