The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Lovely extra touches with the bath robes and large towels. The views were exceptional and such a fabulous location.

Safe wouldn’t work and now feel uneasy using it and we haven’t had any wifi since we got here which isn’t great when we want to keep in touch with our children

The best

This is the second time we've visited the Alcázar because we love it. The staff is great and most helpful from Miriam at the reception and Asun the cleaner. The room is cleaned daily and the fridge is stocked daily with drinks. Great place

The location was perfect. right next to the Alcazar & 30 seconds from the cathedral. The apartment was fantastic.

To be improved

Better directions for picking up the keys. the taxi could not find the hotel & walking around with suitcases was pretty hot. However, once we did get the keys the management sent staff to take our luggage to the apartment. Location to get the keys is not their fault. Maybe clearer directions might help.
