“Toilet was broken and our bathroom was full of water, which was not so big a deal after all. During all the time between 3 and 6 in the morning there was a constant noise and we couldnt sleep. After all, we were supposed to get a refund, but still didnt get it.”

“Regina was an excellent receptionist, greeter, and host and very helpful and friendly. Regina communicated well the instructions for getting there & getting on. The room & eating area was clean. There were 4 shared bathrooms with showers We Loved having so many Windows to look out from our bed view. Great location for buses, grocery store across the street, walking distance from the train station. Loved our Stay. Thanks”
