“Location and closer to most transportation like train, bus and taxi. · Cons: Rooms is lacking sufficient nature light you might think that its raining but as soon as you walk outside the building its a totally different weather. It doesn't have enough space where you can hang you clothes and etc. Carpet by a hallway not in a good condition, it's has a bad smell. Room 4 it's extremely small and it had a very strong smell. To get an iron it's a bit a of a challenge we request it and receive it after two days. Locking system we experience a challenge where by a door handle didn't open, even though on an app indicating that open, I managed to get inside because someone was inside a room. It's need a renovation.”

The view was not what it was in the images shared. It was a total catfish of a room. The room was tiny, dark and the view was as if you were in prison. We ended up changing hotels as we were so unhappy with the place. When you walked in there was multiple rooms within the one apartment, the hall was dark and dingy with paint coming off the walls in the hallway and in the room. The room was grubby around the shower area. When this was all explained to the staff they were unable to provide a refund even though we had been told we would receive one. Not worth the money.

The communication is great from the staff, they're not physically there, however they are always on hand for anything you need and check up on you. The location was fantastic just like we wanted and the room was comfy and cosy! Would definitely return!

To be improved

This wasn't a problem for us but obviously you're on Gran Via so expect noise from the busy street but that is to be expected!

Registration process is nuts. Registration is bugging at half course and when we reload we have to start the process all over again. Takes too long. Also the access to the rooms (Door at 2nd floor) is not working well. Had to restart the process to enable the opening.
