The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, and we noticed that it was dusty and not properly cleaned. The toilet door handle was slightly broken — we ended up getting stuck inside even without locking it. We arrived before check-in time and wanted to leave our luggage, but the designated check-in office was far from the apartment and difficult to reach with large bags. Accessing the building was also confusing at first due to multiple codes and different apps, but once we figured it out, getting into the room was easy and straightforward.

It was a bit too cold and the noise canceling was too bad, at 6 am we could here the neighbors next door going out

The building is in bad shape and dirty. A/C didnt cooled the room enough.

Could’ve used a bit more cleaning, the couch was dirty and that didn’t really invited to use it. The online opening door system didn’t work to open the building, sometimes taking more than 5 minutes to open downstairs.

Very noisy every night until 2.30am with music, alarms, doors banging, footsteps etc and the loud lift, nobody else adhered to the quiet after 10pm rule. Very dark room looking into tiny horrible courtyard. Should have book the street view but thought that would be too noisy!!! Very complicated to enter the apartment for the first time - was like an escape room - with an app, codes etc and unclear instructions with no one to assist as later at night. Studio very small. Uncomfortable cheap bedding and foam mattress.
