There were some dirty marks on the bed sheets and walls.

We had a room right by the door which was very loud and every time a room near us flushed the toilet it made a really loud noise. We wore ear plugs every night which helped with this issue though.

There is no fridge or kitchen area to store any food from the supermarket. A tea or coffee machine or some cutlery/bowls etc would be ideal if you didn't want to go out for breakfast

No basic amenities (2 plastic cups instead of glas, small bin in the bathroom), mod in the shower, No cleaning service for that price, the sink was ugly and falling apart, not helpful.

We had a very bad experience during our stay. One night, the electricity went out and the doors stopped working, so we were locked outside late at night. It was a scary and unsafe situation, especially because the emergency numbers they gave us were fake. Some of us had to book another hotel for the night, while others had no choice but to wait outside until morning. This completely ruined our trip to Madrid. To make things worse, even outside of that night, the place has serious issues. The app used to open the door often doesn’t work properly, there was no hot water, and the soundproofing in the rooms is terrible — we kept waking up because of noise from other guests or the street. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable stay. I absolutely do not recommend this place

The only thing I’d say is that a little more space, for example shelves, could be added in the bathroom for placing toiletries.
