“Very convenient location near the ESIC Business School. Easy communication with owner. Nice room.”

I chose a room with shared bathroom, which was all that was available. I didn't like that. It was very uncomfortable. I had to wait until after midnight to use the shower. Then someone took a crap and left their skidmarks in the toilet bowl. I had to clean it. Not pleasant. Not the owners fault. On my next visit to the shared bathroom, there were hairs and toothpaste in the sink. Again, not the fault of the owner. The owner was great.

Convenient and quiet location. The owners are fantastic, very nice couple.

By the pictures, I assumed we would have a private living room and deck. I was surprised it was just a room in the basement. But everything turned OK and we were grateful for access to a fridge and freezer.
