The room I was given did not match the description on the website at all. It looked like the cheapest hostel — without windows, creating an extremely cramped and stuffy atmosphere. For someone with claustrophobia, this space could easily trigger a panic attack. The furniture was very old and worn out. For a two-night stay, there were only five disposable cups, and not a single fork or knife, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The room was also damp, with no place to dry clothes, and towels wouldn’t dry even overnight. Most concerning was the condition of the swimming pool — the water was murky, hair was floating in it, and there was a bad smell coming from the pool, making it unsuitable for use. I strongly believe that the price paid for this stay was completely unjustified given the quality of the services provided. I kindly ask you to consider a partial refund, as the accommodation was very disappointing and far below the stated standard.

It is not suitable for anyone over 65. Trying to get your case down an impossibly narrow steel staircase is a real challenge.

Missing possibility to prepare some food.

The previous guests probably broke a glass of cola because there were pieces of glasses on the floor and stains on the chairs. You could hear the other guests and people above you very clear in the apartment.
