To whom this may concern, A large group of family and friends were staying at this villa, including 10 adults and 11 children, all under the age of 10. The villa is well set up and a great size for the number of people. As a family of 5 we were allocated to stay in the apartment above the garages. This would have worked out well for us as it meant we had our own space to relax, especially as one of our children is autistic and needs time to regulate away from others. When we arrived, the apartment was extremely hot and stuffy. We noted there were air con control panels in each room that wouldn’t turn on. There was one wall unit in the sleeping area that when turned on would blow warm air out for 20/30 mins and then an error message of EL OC would be displayed. There was also a small portable air con unit in the corner of the room that required the broken tube to be out of the window. This unit did work, however due to the size of the room it made no difference to the temperature of the room at all. We “slept”the first night in this room but it was impossible to stay another night in there. None of us managed to sleep and without even moving around we were all sweating. Working air con in a villa where the temperature is 31 degrees is a minimum requirement especially when advertised as such, and it is completely outrageous to expect people to stay there when it not sufficiently cooling the room down. We also noted that the shutters were stuck open, allowing the room to be constantly heated up throughout the day. After numerous messages via WhatsApp, that was highlighted to us to be an emergency line, and also through booking.com, a maintenance man came to manually close the shutters but said he could not fix the air con and we should expect a call. No one came back to us regarding the air con, by message or phone call. Before bed on the second night we made a decision to move the beds to the main villa and sleep in the lounge area.

There were no high chairs for babies, and when asked they could not provide them for us. At our arrival this house looked perfect, but as it got longer into our stay we saw some things that require fixing and would make this property amazing. This villa was probably astonishing when it was built 15+ years ago, but it looks as if it has not been well maintained since. The facilities have 3 kitchens, but only one of them is equipped for using and the kitchen inside the main house looked like it was cleaned in a rush. The kitchen utensils were all dirty, and the counters as well. The floors in the main kitchen were also not that cleaned so we mopped that. In the large kitchen area there are 3 knives, and one was as good as broken when we got there. Also we got quite few bites from somethings, not sure if its the beds or something else, probably just flees In the beds, don't think they're bed bugs.
