“Very disappointed the shower was cold tv in Spanish only,14 days before a representative arrived”

Location was the only plus to our stay

To be improved

Nobody to show us around the apartment and how all appliances work. Property is very dated. After numerous requests a visit after 14 days with no improvement to our situation. No English tv no shower ( Luke warm ) small oven in bottom of cupboard no help and assistance. Disappointed stay HOLIDAY RUINED. K Mason.
