Summum Boutique Hotel, member of Meliá Collection

The property is beautiful and we loved the tour to explain the renovation process that made it what it is today.

Great boutique hotel in heart of old town. We stayed between Xmas and New Year so did not check out the roof terrace. Room was great - very spacious and comfortable and good breakfast. Very friendly staff Hotel provided recommended restaurants which we made use of - great options within walking distance and super food. Easy walk to the Cathedral. We had suite 205 which was a really great room with large windows.

The only annoying thing was having to leave. All of the staff were just wonderful in every way. Of course I didn’t book a Christmas dinner. The hotel staff fixed that for me in a Michelin starred restaurant down the road. Hard to see why this beautiful boutique hotel got 4.9. It was INCREDIBLE! Yeah, I highly recommend this place. Right in the centre and far enough away from the noise. Truly sublime. Just amazing. I will return.

This is now our go to place to stay in beautiful Palma. Every member of staff goes out of their way to ensure you are welcome and nothing is too much to ask. The service is above and beyond what you'd expect and the Melia brand should be very proud of this hotel. Location is perfect, literally a 5 mins to everything. Yet quietly tucked away in a narrow side street. The building itself dates from a 15th century palace, which has been totally refurbished with no expense spared. The rooms are stylish with big beds and luxury sheets, thick towels, warm showers decadent amenities. I will be staying again and cannot recommend this hotel enough

This hotel was the best hotel experience I’ve had around the world! From the moment we walked in the service was absolutely exceptional! Their knowledge of the history of the building, the local area and recommendations for restaurants/activities was fantastic. The room was exceptional and maintained to a very high quality, there was no wear and tear at all. The quality of the bed and pillows meant sleep was so easy and comfy. I would definitely recommend staying here and again just can’t say enough on the service from the staff, they are exceptional!!!
