“Great location - not worth the money”

Location is fantastic. I was accommodated with early checkin.

To be improved

Property owner didn’t communicate that the washing machine had to be replaced so I had to wake up earlier than what I was wanting on my first day in the apartment. Shower head wouldn’t stay on the wall holder and the owner only responded with sarcasm to my message - shower head was never fixed. Bed was not comfortable for me.

“Exceptional”

The best

Apartments were fully equipped and clean. It is placed in the city center between two walking streets. Close to Gaudi buildings, 1.5 km from Sagrada, 15 mins walk to Gothic district. We stay with 3 yo son. The apartments were silent.

“Great place to stay”

The best

Great appartment in the city center. It was close to all restaurants and bars. Walking 15 mins to the main city attractions. No noise in the building. The place had well equiped kitchen, good living room space for chill, even with the baby. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Good communication with the owner. Everything was clean. Overall I can recommend this place. The place just needs few improvements. The sliding door to the bathroom was quite hard to open. The sofa was not that comfortable for sleeping.

“Very good central choice in safe lively neighbourhood”

The best

Perfect location direct on the Ramblas Catalunya, very close to metrolines and big main attraction like Passeig de Gracia and Casa Battlo. Sagrada/Placa Catalunya etc within 15-20 minutes walking through very safe and nice neighbourhood. Appartment was spacious, bedroom, kitchen, dining area, workplaces, sitting area. Owner was very friendly and responsive in case of any questions, would definitely be my choice for Barcelona next time.

To be improved

Some wear and tear, so improvements can be made but are ongoing I noticed. These is no outside space but of course we knew that upfront and with so many terraces direct in the street you don't miss it. Price/quality ratio very nice.

“Great stay in the heart of Barcelona”

The best

Location was superb. It was right in the middle of shops and restaurants but still quiet and peaceful. It was near a metro station and walking distance to Casa Batllo and even Plaza Catalunya (with some bit of walking). The host was friendly and accommodating. He/she even booked us a cab on the way to the airport when I requested the night before our flight.

To be improved

The bedroom size was kind of small but, still ok. It would have also been great if there are some complimentary breakfast items/treats and bottled water in the fridge, similar with other Spain apartments that we booked.
