“Excellent Customer Service, perfect location.”
The best

Our 2- bedroom apartment was perfect. The lounge and the room with the double bed had patio doors that opened onto the large, well furnished sunny balcony overlooking the swimming pool. It was bright and clean with all the usual appliances. Within a few hours of our arrival we had an issue with the fridge freezer and a small pool of water appeared on the floor in front of the washing machine. Upon reporting this using the WhatsApp number in the Wecome message that I received the ladies in charge responded immediately and showing deep concern for the situation. As they were unable to reach their electrician due to Spains Bank Holiday weekend, they allocate us an upgraded apartment immediately which we appreciated. Both apartments were lovely. The location was just right, within 10 minutes walk to the beachfront with a wide variety of restaurants and bars. The Old town of Marbella was a nice easy 25 minute walk. Would I stay here again? Most DEFINITELY! The customer service team was amazing! Hope to see you again soon! 😊
