The best

The location was really the best you can get. Nearby all the bars and restaurants. Not far from the beach, perfect. Yumbo and Cita center are just around the corner, a abakery, supermarket etc etc...The house is really big, good showers, good beds, good kitchen with a big fridge and freezer, and a good wachingmachine. Such a lovely pool and good surroundings. The maintenance from the complex is really clean, everyday there is somebody cleaning the area. There are enough plates and glasses for the 4 of us, that was really good. There are towels provider for the beach and for the showers. You get sunrise in the morning with some coffee on the terrace. Later on the day you have the shade on the house, but there is lot of sun left nearby the pool untill the evening. The free parking spot is excellent and a very good plus point in the middle of the city center. The chairs outside where all broken down after some days, but they delivered new ones the next day. Great service. The contact with Lola is really good and always avaiable.

To be improved

The house needs some improvements. The walls are Crumbling down. Everything is a little old, the furniture and the maintenance need some improvements.

It was really close to the city centre,the bungalow was clean and definitely worth the money.The nearest beach is approximately 10 minutes walk distance from the apartment.

“Location good, but all worn out”

The best

Location is good, security is ok, private, closed yard. The apartments are spacious. Kitchen utensils and dishes enough. There is a hairdryer, iron, washing machine, plenty of beach towels. Check-in is easy, contactless, by yourself.

To be improved

It has not been repaired for a very long time, everything is worn out (furniture, curtains, plaster), cleanliness in general needs to be improved. The terrace has not been cleaned at all (sand, cobwebs, fallen plaster), the terrace furniture has not been washed. Toilet paper and a garbage bag for a week was not enaugh (one roll, one bag), had to buy extra. The electricity regularly goes out in the evening, the fuses blow, they have to be switched on again and some sockets do not work.
