“Lovely apartment close to beach”
The best

Location was great, beach is about 10 mins walk, city centre easily accessible by electric step/scooters in about 15 mins. Apartment is lovely, nicely furnished, kitchen well equipped. there are two spacious bedrooms to choose from and several comfy beds.

To be improved

the only downside was that the garbage truck came at 3 am every night and I'm a light sleeper, but that's not the property's or owner's fault. All in all, my stay was very good.

The best

Very well appointed apartment with all the commodities you might want (A/C, TV with Netflix and other streaming services, cooking utensils, good beds, etc). Very clean and modern. Very nice gated community with a lovely pool, perfect for smaller children as it is quite shallow in most parts. The owners are very nice, polite and easy to deal with. They also provided us with a cot bed for our baby.

To be improved

The situation of the apartment is not ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. It’s in a very busy road with heavy traffic at all times, including the buses that join Torrevieja with La Mata. The property is a corner so you get the traffic noise from both sides. Also the orientation of the apartment meant that it was in the sun for the whole afternoon and evening which, along with the noisy road, prevented us from using the terrace much. A shame really as we were looking forward to chilling on the terrace with a glass of wine in the evening but really couldn’t.

“Great spot for family holiday!”
The best

The apartment was excellent: clean, cozy and functional. Close to La Mata beach and supermarket, and the bus to Torrevieja leaves from the front of the building. We were received very well, and all communication was efficient and friendly. Thank you!
