Sunny Apt Barcelona 22

Everything was amazing. Great location, spacious apartment, responsive host and useful information on site.

+ Cozy apartment, can laundry clothes easily, but requires dry hanging on the 4th floor. + 10 minute walk to most amenities, including markets and restaurants. The Rambla del Poblenou region has many eateries. + Quiet during the night + Extraordinary internet speeds (for an Australian). + Host was not physically present and provides an online portal to handle the Barcelona tourist tax and other forms

Host was really helpful when checking in remotely. They also left some bits and bobs for us (tasty crisps, coffee for the coffee machine etc). The actual flat was really nice and perfect on the inside for me my mum and dad. There was also a great view of the gherkin during the day and night when lit up from the room my parents had. A nice pizza place right outside the front door. Also a typical (but great quality) Catalan restaurant about 7min walk from the front door. Only 7 euros by taxi to the Sagrada Familia! My sister lives in Barca and her boss sometimes takes her to both of these places so she said they're legit and really they we're great.

Very large apartment with excellent kitchen and washing facilities.
