They answered our questions directly.

We were very disappointed with the holiday flat: the double bed only had 4 "feet" instead of 6, which is why we had to put the mattress on the floor. This was very unpleasant for hygienic reasons in a flat whose door opens directly onto the street. The other "double bed" was a folding sofa about 1 metre wide and we were very surprised that it could support the weight of mother and son. The collapse then probably awaits the next guests... To be honest, we expect a partial refund, because paying over 200 euros for 1 bed for 4 people is absolutely disproportionate. Something like this should not happen when you book via Booking.com!
