The best

Fantastic room and communal area even with courtyard access and outdoor space.

To be improved

Noisy people in communal kitchen area with music until late (1am) on my second night, no fault of the place or owner just tis the risk of places with communal areas, I’d revisit based on the room size and location tho!

“Great place”

The best

Great location just one street back from the esplanade. Convenience store, cafes and bars all very nearby. Very clear instructions for how to enter and access the property. A fully fitted kitchen available for all guests to use and the outdoor courtyard was great. Clean bathroom and spacious.

To be improved

Value for money poor although alicante overall has become more expensive. Regular daily cleaning needed for common areas.

“Another hidden gem..prime location 50 metres from central marina...spacious room with excellent walk in shower etc..Great kitchen with all amenities..good outside area..all in all a great base for alicante..very pleased. · Cons: No faults....all good vibes for me.”

“Shared kitchen and facilities are useul. · Cons: The instructions to enter the property are only in Spanish - not a big problem for me as I could use Google translate but even then they are not completely clear. When I returned to the property at 1:30am I found 2 young girls outside (not Spanish) who were struggling to get in with cases. I let them in to the building but when I went to look outside the apartments 10 mins later they had found the keys in the key box but did not know what to do next. Again I let them in and showed them where their room was. Instructions and door signage needs to be better. My bathroom basin waste was blocked, did not drain, and despite sending messages to the owner on day 2 of a 4 night stay there was no response. Unsatisfactory.”

“Location · Cons: Bed was a cheap portable camping spring base with paper thin mattress. Squeaked every time I moved. Noise from the street with partygoers all night and garbage trucks at 6 am to top it off Absolutely not the place to stay if you want rest Staff not responsive to email requests for parking and access through the app. Siesta time”
