“Excellent location, excellent homely studio and spotlessly clean 😁”

First time in belamadena, apartment was bigger than what we expected, exceptionally clean and bright, loved the homely finishing touches, bed and pillows very comfortable, aircon was fab as it was very hot, loved everything about our stay and added bonus was just over the road from bonanza square, will definitely stay here again 😁

“Excellent Apartment, Perfect Location...Would stay again 👍🏻”

The best

Excellent apartment with everything me and my wife needed, very clean and superb location. Perfect size for a couple. Apartment had a washing machine which did a full wash in 30 minutes and the WiFi was excellent. Apartment is just over the road from Bonanza Square, with a large supermarket round the corner and the beach only a short walk away. Location was excellent, not far from the centre of Arroyo and not far from the marina. Apartment is on the 4th floor which is just high enough to avoid any issues with noise from the main road outside at night.

To be improved

During our stay (May 2025), the local council were doing major building works to the immediate area at the front of the apartment block. This Limited the amount of time we could open the doors and sit on the balcony in the day HOWEVER, this will not stop us from staying again as the works must be due to finish soon and there is nothing the owner could have done as it was obviously out of their hands. Once again - we would have no hesitation in booking again.

“Nice studio but stay spoiled by building work”

Great value for money if no building work was happening.

Complex is currently in the middle of a huge building site. Noise from this building site is unbearable. Could not enjoy the balcony due to everything covered in dust. Had to cut short the stay due to noise.
