Everything was great! The apartment was very clean, in a perfect location, and just 3-4 minutes from the beach. Great value for money, and we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The best

Property very clean and tidy on arrival. Nice TVs, not only in living room but also in each bedroom. Large fridge freezer, well equipped kitchen. Well stocked first aid cabinet (we needed it as I had a bad fall when out jogging). Great to have 3 beds. Comfy sofa. Nice that there was welcome water, coffee and wine (tea would have by good too!). Generally very spacious. Good wi-fi. Location fantastic - right next to bars, restaurants and small supermarkets (but nice and quiet after 10pm). Fab big beach only 400m/5 min walk. Good for buses. Host responded pretty quickly to my messages, but from her replies clearly didn't always understand them, so could do with copy-pasting into Google Translate!

No real external windows, but we knew this. Dining table very cramped, even for just two people (the property description says there is an "outdoor dining area", but this is incorrect). King size bed a little soft and creaked a lot when one of us turned over, so after first night we had to sleep apart. Bathroom nice, but shower drainage is poor, so water leaks over bathroom floor. No extractor fan in bathroom. Decor a bit boring. No real side tables (so we had to move larger tables around). Lighting too bright (no dimmer switches) and no side lamps in living room. Apart from recommended restaurants, host gave no info given about the village, suggested walks, (e.g. walk to top of Cam. El Cercado is fabulous!), nearby bus routes, etc. No info given by host about where best to deposit refuse bags. Despite the negatives, the property wasn't expensive to rent so I would still describe it as great value for money overall.

Good quiet location, nice apartment, clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants near by, local shop across the road. Perfect.

The beds are in extremely bad condition. For the amount of money paied, it is my opinion that there is no need for a bed with holes in it! No parking is a huge problem in city like SanAndres... Also if you open the windows to have some wind, the hot air from other AC is blowing directly into the rooms...
