“Stay away!”

To be improved

I have made numerous bookings through Booking.com, and this was our seventh visit to Las Palmas. Based on the photos, the property appeared to be lovely—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, our experience did not match those expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a strong sewer-like odor coming from the bathroom drain. There were ants on the kitchen table, and the outdoor furniture was in very poor condition—chairs and the table were broken and severely worn. The bed rollers had fallen apart, and worst of all, we encountered several cockroaches in both the bathroom and the bedroom on the first evening. I took it upon myself to clean the bathroom drain, wipe down the kitchen surfaces, and spray for insects. Despite these efforts, the problems persisted. When my son sat on the outdoor furniture, his clothes were soaked and stained due to the condition of the seating. To her credit, the property owner offered to provide a tablecloth to cover the dirty outdoor table, spray for insects, and replace the broken chairs. However, these basic standards should have been addressed prior to our arrival. As a result, we decided to book alternative accommodation after just three nights. I have since contacted the owner by email in hopes of resolving the matter, but I have yet to receive a response.

Very spacious apartment. We had 5 people staying there. Really lovely apartment,fab shower, very clean, well equipped kitchen, spacious balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture. Lift available to outside your door. Coffee /bar next door. Corner shop 2 min walk. Beach 4/5minute walk. Lovely long promenade with nice restaurants. Host very responsive and helpful.

Location is perfect for a cantaras swimmer like me. also lots of good places to eay nearby. Apartment is large and very well appointed. Security is good. Very quiet.
