“Spacious, Safe and Well Located Stay”

We had a wonderful stay in Costa Teguise. The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the island with ease. Spacious, comfortable, and secure, it suited the four of us effortlessly. Yoanna is a gracious and thoughtful host. Muchas gracias!

The house was spacious and comfortable and had all the facilities required to have a pleasant holiday.

To be improved

Unfortunately, we had a little trouble with the locking of the property and the alarm. It was resolved, although I felt if there had been a brochure explaining all the functionality of these, it would have saved time and know need to contact the property management.

The house was lovely and met our expectations and more. Joanna was an excellent host, meeting us on arrival and departure. We had a small issue during our stay and she sorted it in a timely manner. The kitchen facilities were more than we needed and everything was there you`d want. Big smart TV if that`s your thing on holiday. Nice towels including 2 beach towels for our use and comfy beds. Fans in the rooms. House was cleaned etc. mid-stay. The small porch at the front is a full day sun-trap. 10 minute walk to the 'Square' and about the same to the beach at Playa Bastian. 2 minute walk to the bus stop if you want to go anywhere. Residential area but ruined by the pub.

To be improved

Would I stay again? No. The house is lovely but there is no air-con so it must be torture in the height of Summer. Unless you like the heat of course. Coming from Scotland, we prefer the cooler nights and fortunately the temp`s dropped to 20c. And one word of caution, in the front room, if you want to sleep with the window open, you WILL hear a horrendous racket from the bar next door. A couple of times I had to shout at them to keep the noise down. I also informed Brad, the owner/manager but didn`t do anything about it. Booking.com has the wrong address listed. Number 33 is NOT the house number. I had a taxi booked and he wasn`t pleased when we had to mess around to find the house. Thankfully Jonna sent me a pin-drop on Google maps or we`d be lost.

Very clean, well equiped, close to the beach, shops and supermarket, very smart division of the house. Modern and quality furnishings. Nice bath and bedrooms. Calm vicinity. Very friendly, helpful and uncomplicated host.
