“The place to be in poniente beach”

The best

Super for a family of two children! The apartment was clean and beautiful, with the best wiews! Everything you could wish was near. Only a short walk to the Old city and the poniente beach all the way was gorgeous! Peaceful and relaxing. Wery nice poolarea! Security was guaranteed! Parking was easy and spacious.

Modern apartment, well equipped, fitness room, pool with heated water.

To be improved

Entire area of Benidorm doesn’t give the Spanish vibe and atmosphere. Luckily the facility a little away from the center.

The location and the apartment itself was good.

To be improved

In order to get the keys we had to go quite far from the apartment, then wait there for the person, who took all necessary information from us and the deposit, but not the keys. The office was closing before check in hours, so we had to go back there for the second time later that day in order to get the keys from the lockbox. All these procedures were tiresome. Then while checking out, we had to take with us all garbages, otherwise you have to pay extra, so we were leaving the apartment with all our luggage and garbage in our hands and were looking around the area for the garbage cans. That was also very uncomfortable. We are travelling a lot, but this was really the first time when we had this experience. Also in the apartment there is no hairdryer, almost no hangers for the towels in the bathrooms… afterwards by mistake the responsible for this stay company was asking me to pay extras, sending me messages for two days. Only after some discussions they finally figured out that we are not prolonging our stay, so we don’t have to pay anything else to them. Because of all these I can’t call our stay there very comfortable. Though the apartment in common and the location is very nice.
