The best

The coplex is new and clean, chill and fancy. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the necessities. The warm outdoor pool and jacuzzi where the reason we came actually, and we weren’t disappointed! Beds are comfortable, clean towels and hotel-like -linen. Would come again :)

To be improved

The washing machines did not function and nor was it fixed during a 9day stay (3kids- lots of laundry!)

“Apartment great- exit & entry was difficult”

Location was great,

To be improved

Trying to get in & out- at one point we were stuck in the stairwell- all doors were locked- the apartment keys were needed to leave but that wasn’t clear- if you’d have been on your own you would have panicked- it took 20 mins to find our car & have to go all the way back to the apartment on the 13th floor to take the keys back/
